This past December, a P-8A Poseidon with 20 aircrew and maintainers from Patrol Squadron (VP) 10 embarked to Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC) Point Mugu, Calif., to support a Naval Air Systems Command test flight.
Hosted by the VX-30 “Bloodhounds,” the Red Lancers crew completed one 5-hour and one 8-hour overnight flight. The testing was coordinated by the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division.
