MA1 James Williams and MU3 Carl Schulte were named Commander, Navy Region Southeast (CNRSE) Senior and Junior Sailors of the first quarter 2015 at an awards ceremony Feb. 18.
Williams, who hails from Texarkana, Ark., has served in the Navy for 15 years.
