HSM-74 “Swamp Foxes” Command Master Chief (CMDCM) Frank Cannizzaro was presented the 2014 MCPON Delbert D. Black Leadership Award Nov. 20 at an all-hands quarters in NAS Jacksonville Hangar 1122.
CMDCM Richard Rinehart from Commander, Helicopter Maritime Strike Wing, Atlantic Fleet (COMHSMWINGLANT) presented the award to Master Chief Cannizzaro in front of the gathered Swamp Foxes.
